Currently, we have an opening for a Fulfillment Specialist to work on-site at our Mount Pleasant facility. The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, including tasks like receiving order information, picking products from inventory, packing items, generating shipping labels, and coordinating with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Order processing: Receiving and reviewing customer orders, verifying product availability and quantities.
- Inventory management: Maintaining accurate stock levels, identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies.
- Picking and packing: Retrieving products from warehouse shelves based on order details, properly packaging items for shipment.
- Labeling and shipping: Generating shipping labels, attaching them to packages, and coordinating with shipping carriers.
- Order tracking: Monitoring order status throughout the fulfillment process, updating tracking information.
- Quality control: Inspecting products for damage or defects before shipping.
- Data entry: Entering order details into QuickBooks.
- Warehouse maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience working in an inventory/fulfillment capacity
- Experience with ShipStation software
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience working with MAC computers
The ideal candidate has:
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking, packing and labeling orders.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with warehouse management systems and order processing software.
- Excellent organization and time management skills to efficiently manage multiple orders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with other Fulfillment team members and customers.
- Desire to learn and grow in a high-performing environment.
Compensation: $20/hr. – $22/hr.
