Current Position Openings:

We have an immediate need for a Fulfillment Manager: 

You are on the front lines of getting product to our customers by picking, processing and invoicing purchase orders. However, this job is not for the faint of heart. We are known for our quick turnaround of product and solid customer service. This means filing (on average) 40+ orders ranging in 1-1,000 + bulbs independently per day in addition to communicating with customers and staff about product updates, order status etc. You will also be managing / organizing our warehouse with products, supplies, etc. Have no fear, our warehouse is in a well-lit, climate controlled office space. Responsibilities:

– Fulfillment of purchase orders
– Purchasing of day to day supplies
– Shipping products to domestic & international customers
– Assist with inventory management
– Customer & sales rep support
– Managing orders email
– Other duties as assigned

Skills:

– 2-5 years of prior experience in an inventory/ fulfillment capacity
– At least 1 year of customer service experience
– Highly trainable & willingness to learn
– Incredible attention to detail
– Excellent typing skills (50+ WPM)
– Experience with Mac computers
– Highly organized with ability to prioritize assignments & multi-task
– Strong written and verbal communication in order to respond to customer emails & phone calls
– “All in” attitude to jump in wherever is needed to get the job done
– Ability to remain calm under pressure

Physical Requirements:

– Must be comfortable with sitting and standing for long periods of time throughout the day
– Must be able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs.
– Above average vision – this role requires high amounts of computer work and looking at product information in small print

Job Type:

– Full Time
– Schedule: M-F, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (additional hours may need to be worked on an as needed basis)
– This position is for an in-house Fulfillment Specialist at our Charleston, SC office. Remote applicants will not be considered.
– Pay: $37,700.00 per year
