I’M USING THIS LED BULB TO Light my American flag. The fixture has a dawn to dusk feature so it’s alway on, slightly dimmed at night. It puts out a nice bright light, better than a 50W halogen. Installing it was pretty easy, I just had to slightly enlarge the reflector base. Per the instruction for improved cooling of the bulb, I left off the glass cover. I think I will be happy I bought this bulb.
