The 120V EmeryAllen G8 retrofit lamp is an energy efficient alternative to incandescent G8 base lamps. It offers similar light output to a 120V, 80W incandescent (700lm) and is suitable for use in most 120V G8 fixtures.

I’M USING THIS LED BULB TO Light my American flag. The fixture has a dawn to dusk feature so it’s alway on, slightly dimmed at night. It puts out a nice bright light, better than a 50W halogen. Installing it was pretty easy, I just had to slightly enlarge the reflector base. Per the instruction for improved cooling of the bulb, I left off the glass cover. I think I will be happy I bought this bulb.
