I bought these in 2700k to serve as a drop-in replacements for 1156 incandescent bulbs, most often used for turn signals.
In my application, they are being used for task lighting by a mobile veterinary clinic. A bit of a niche use case– but, if we’re being honest with ourselves, most applications for this product are probably niche use cases.
I am extremely satisfied. These bulbs are marginally brighter than the incandescent 1156s they replaced, but nowhere near eye-searing brightness. The color temperature (2700k) is indistinguishable from the incandescents.
