The 120V EmeryAllen G9 retrofit lamp is an energy efficient alternative to 120V incandescent G9 base lamps. It offers similar light output to a 120V, 25W incandescent (300lm) and is suitable for use in most 120V G9 fixtures.

Bulbs are fine. Absurdly expensive.

These lights work really well.
Rated at lower lumens than the ones they are replacing, but since the light is directional, they are actually much brighter in practice.
Expensive – yes, but not if they meet expected lifetime.
Time will tell.
